Atlantis Urgent Care

Took my kiddo here after a skating fall. From the call to check on insurance, to walking out I cannot think of one tiny thing negative to say. Undoubtedly the nicest and most HELPFUL front staff, to compassionate nurses and techs, to Dr. Scott himself. It was SO fast, but felt so in depth. We waited less that 5 minutes at each point you find yourself waiting at visits. And saying we had to wait 5 minutes may even be too much. Seriously thank you all for treating my daughter with such kindness and care. You turned a very scary incident into literally the best part of her day. She loved it, I loved it and left feeling happy, educated, and well informed about all next steps. You all are amazing.

Had a great experience here. Yes, I had to wait but everyone from the front desk to the providers were respectful, caring, and compassionate. I saw Scott who was very thorough, and Kyle who was patient with me as I explained what was happening, as well as the slow walk down the hall for X-rays. When I needed to follow through on a referral, the front desk was efficient, even when I had to call more than once to have the referral sent to multiple doctors they were patient and efficient. I'm grateful to everyone there who helped me.

It usually takes a lot for me to give a place 5 stars but over and over again when I go here I am treated so well, my children are treated well, and my husband. Every staff person has been so kind and knowledgeable. They listen and pay attention when being asked questions the ENTs, paramedic's and PAs are amazing. It is so great to be treated with such care when not feeling well. They treat us all well despite multiple different payment types we have PPO, HMO, VA insurance, and cash pay. I appreciate this place so much.

I recently visited Atlantis Urgent Care for treatment of bronchitis and pneumonitis, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who quickly assessed my condition and began treating me. The doctors and nurses at Atlantis Urgent Care were kind, compassionate, and incredibly skilled at what they do. They took the time to listen to my concerns and address any questions I had, and they made sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. The treatment I received was top-notch, and it wasn't long before I was feeling much better. I am extremely grateful to the team for their excellent care and for getting me back on the road to recovery. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of urgent medical care. They truly went above and beyond to help me, and I am very thankful for the care and attention they provided. Five stars!
